Marton Mills have recently added two Prince of Wales Check tweeds to our range — a cloth originally registered as the 'Glen Urquhart Estate Check' in 1840. The design takes its more familiar name from Edward VII, then Prince of Wales, who popularised the check in the late nineteenth century.
