Marton Mills have recently added two Prince of Wales Check tweeds to our range — originally registered as 'Glen Urquhart Estate Check' in 1840.

Marton Mills have recently added two Prince of Wales Check tweeds to our range — a cloth originally registered as the 'Glen Urquhart Estate Check' in 1840. The design takes its more familiar name from Edward VII, then Prince of Wales, who popularised the check in the late nineteenth century. Our two new versions stay faithful to the classic structure while updating the colour palette for contemporary tailoring. Read the full story on martonmills.com .
