Dear loyal customers,

Following the recent government announcement and to protect the health and well-being of our employees, their families and the wider public, we have taken the decision to suspend our production facility for the next 3 weeks. At present, there is a skeleton workforce in the office and despatch department to fulfil orders from stock as required. The situation will be reviewed on 14th April.

If you require further information, please contact:

or

Tel: +44 (0) 1132 843 364

We trust you understand our position and we will resume production as soon as it is safe to do so.

Take care and keep safe.

Kind Regards

Laura Watts

Managing Director

As a valued customer, we would like to reassure you that we are committed to providing the best level of service possible during these challenging times.
The health and well-being of all our employees, suppliers and customers is our top priority. We have taken the decision to limit both our travel and visitors to our site. We have implemented a number of policies and procedures to increase our cleaning and hygiene:

All staff are having their temperature checked on arrival.
Every 2 hours: cleaning of all communal areas and door handles.
At the end of every shift: cleaning of equipment and machinery.
We are following all guidance and advice issued by the Government and Public Health England.

Our operation continues as normal and we have more than adequate stock levels of both yarn and fabric. Our supply chain remains strong. We are closely monitoring the situation and will let you know if changes occur.

We would like to thank you for your support as we manage through this difficult time together.

We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who came and visited us on stand at this years Scotland Trade Fair.

We will be exhibiting again at this year’s London Textile Fair on the 15th-16th January 2020.

Come and take a look at our new ranges, you can find us on stand H5
