Over recent days it has been lovely to hear from so many customers coming back to us now the UK is starting to reopen again.   The sales/design team have been very happy to receive emails and calls from customers we haven’t heard from for a while!

We would also like to say a big thank you to all our customers who were able to support us during the worst days of the crisis and helped us keep the Mill open. This enabled us to restart our weaving operation much sooner than expected.

When our PM announced the lockdown, the situation looked bleak but over the following weeks and months we have had a great response, our customers and staff have pulled together, to get through this and emerge out the other side.

Here are a couple of the lovely comments we have received during this period,

“many thanks, I hope, you are well too. Its very positive to for us, that we were able to place the order in this hard time. Hopefully the next days will be better and better only”

“Keep up the excellent work, staying open during this time is what will make the difference between surviving and not”

We are now fully open and weaving again whilst strictly abiding by the UK Government Manufacturers guidelines. If you would like an update on existing orders, to place a new order or require any other information, please contact:

As a valued customer, we would like to reassure you that we are committed to providing the best level of service possible during these challenging times.
The health and well-being of all our employees, suppliers and customers is our top priority. We have taken the decision to limit both our travel and visitors to our site. We have implemented a number of policies and procedures to increase our cleaning and hygiene:
All staff are having their temperature checked on arrival.
Every 2 hours: cleaning of all communal areas and door handles.
At the end of every shift: cleaning of equipment and machinery.
We are following all guidance and advice issued by the Government and Public Health England.
Our operation continues as normal and we have more than adequate stock levels of both yarn and fabric. Our supply chain remains strong. We are closely monitoring the situation and will let you know if changes occur.
We would like to thank you for your support as we manage through this difficult time together.
